Robert Mathis, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on August 13, 2024, in Orlando, Florida. Born on October 6, 1963, to Gary Mathis and Linda Green, Robert had a loving family who will miss him dearly.

Robert married his high school sweetheart, Annette Mathis, in 1982, and together they raised two wonderful children, Robert Mathis Jr and Derrick Mathis, & Grandchildren Tyrin-Malik Mathis, Terrelle Mathis & Michelle Mathis who are left behind to console with the rest of their family.

Robert was a devoted family man who loved spending time with his loved ones. He had a passion for chess and could often be found playing games with his family and friends. His witty humor and infectious smile will be remembered by all who knew him.

After graduating from William M. Raines High School in 1982 , Robert built a successful career and a happy life surrounded by those he loved. He leaves behind three cherished grandchildren who will always carry his memory in their hearts.

Robert Mathis will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on through his family, friends, and all those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
