Robert's children, Shannon and Jody, were the light of his life. He adored them endlessly and supported them in their every endeavor. Shannon found true happiness with Jeremy, and Jody found her soulmate in Mike. The love between these couples was a testament to the love their father had shown them throughout their lives.
