Robert A. Delmar Mr. Robert A. Delmar, (Bob) 85, of Hilton Head, SC passed away on November 19, 2016 at his home. Bob was born on November 25, 1930 in Galitizin, PA to the late Frank and Viola Di Maria. He was a career US Air Force officer, served in Vietnam, and retired at the rank of Colonel having been awarded numerous medals including the Legion of Merit. He was an avid hunter and champion golfer, winning several club championships and amateur events on Hilton Head Island. He was proceeded in death by his wife of 54 years Doris A. Guntner. Bob is survived by his brother, Eugene of Derwood, MD, and sister, Margaret of Silver Spring, MD, son Steven and daughter-in- law Bonnie of Cary, NC, son John of Derwood, MD, son Bob Jr.and daughter-in- law Vicki of Hilton Head, SC, grandchildren Ashley, Steven Jr., Anthony, Adriana, Candice, Bridget, Tyler and Britney and great grandchildren, Anthony Jr, and Oliver.
