Robert "Robbie" B. WundrackRobert "Robbie" B. Wundrack, 41 years, of West Milford, NJ., passed away unexpectedly from natural causes while assisting in hurricane relief efforts in Florida on Sunday, September 10, 2017.Robbie was born on August 21, 1976 in Pompton Plains, NJ to Ulrike "Rea" (nee Burckhardt) Wundrack and the late Robert Joseph Wundrack.He graduated from West Milford High School in 1995. In 2001 Robbie married Jodi(nee Hochstadter) and continued to reside in West Milford, NJ where they raised their two daughters Jasmine and Brianna.For more than 15 years he was the owner / operator of the excavating company W&W Contracting Company in West Milford, NJ. Most recently, for well over a year, Robbie was a fleet and heavy machinery mechanic for JBL Electric, Inc.Robbie was a member of the West Milford
Elks Lodge # 2236 in West Milford, NJ where he volunteered for many years, especially enjoying helping in the kitchen for their annual game dinners.He was a member of the NRA and the Meadowbrook Gun Club in West Milford, NJ.Robbie enjoyed spending time with his daughters, as well as hunting, fishing, riding dirt bikes and quads in update New York, watching the Giants play football, Nascar races, and Sprint Car races.He will best be remembered for his strong patriotism and love of our country, living to serve and always helping those in need during their most difficult times.He was predeceased by his beloved father Robert Joseph Wundrack in 1989, and his maternal grandparents Dorothea Burckhardt in 1994 and Wendel Burckhardt in 2004.Robbie is survived by his beloved wife Jodi, his cherished daughters Jasmine and Brianna; his loving mother Ulrike "Rea" Wundrack Lippner and her husband Daniel-Robbie's step-father; his dear brother Mark Wundrack, his mother and father-in-law Gail and William Hochstadter; his sister and brother-in-law Stacy and Brian Eckhardt; and his sister and brother-in-law Randi and Michael Slamiak; his nieces Brooke and Mikayla Slamiak; his nephew Cody Eckhardt; as well as many dear childhood and new friends throughout the years.The family will receive visitors on Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 3pm to 7pm at the Stickle-SolteszFuneral Home, 187 La Rue Road, Newfoundland, NJ 07435 (for GPS use 1 Post Place)A prayer service will take place on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 1pm at the funeral homeFinal disposition will be private.In lieu of flowers two funds have been established for the Wundrack family to help them through their difficult times:
