Robert Clarence Bolton was born to Robert Lee Bolton and Anne Raborn Bolton in Charlotte, North Carolina on July 07, 1951.
He is continued by four beautiful daughters Jennifer Sova (Greg Sova), Kimberly Bolton, Taylor Bolton, Brooke Bolton. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren (Hayden Sova, Nolan Sova).
Robert graduated from Garinger High School in 1970, where he famously "tried out for the football team," and loved fast cars and pretty women.
Robert enjoyed many years working for Eastern Airlines; he traveled to many places and loved to see all of the aircraft. He also worked at AutoZone as a Territory Sales Manager where he was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people until he retired in 2016.
He was a member of the Corvette Club for several years. During these times and sometime after he owned a handful of classic corvettes as well as GTOs. When he wasn't driving fast cars, he was watching racing and visiting car shows. His other interests included fishing, golfing, watching football, and basketball. Robert continued pursuing these hobbies until his final days with his family and friends.
Later on in Robert's life, he finally made his dream come true to retire at the beach where he continued to live out his life. On October 24th of 2021, after battling Colon Cancer for nearly 10 years, Robert Bolton passed away with many of his friends and family by his side.
Robert Bolton was a very loving and charismatic person, striving to make people smile. He always did his best to ask forgiveness in those who he hurt and from the Lord when he felt he had done wrong. He will be missed and forever be loved dearly, as he had such a great impact on those who he had met and were by his side.
