Hallam was born on November 29, 1955 and passed away on Thursday, September 13, 2019 due to heart complications.Thomas was a resident of Auburn, Washington at the time of passing. He attended Kent Schools and graduated as valedictorian from Kentwood High School in 1972. Hallam also played quarterback for the Washington huskies as a walk on from central Washington university and graduated in 1976. A memorial service will be held on September 28th at New Day Christian Fellowship Church.
