It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Jones, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Robert was born on February 5, 1960, in Loogootee, Indiana, to James and Janice (Summers) Jones which precede him in death.

Robert is survived by his partner, Pam Bullock, and two children Andrea Jones (spouse Derrek Fairchild) and Travis Bullock (Chantel Brown). He is also survived by his seven grandchildren Parker Jones,Chadd Fairchild, Barrett Fairchild, Wrenly Fairchild, Lakyn Bullock, Emery Bullock and Alexis Tolbert. Siblings brothers Rick(Kim) Jones, Ron(Jackie) Jones, and sister Jennifer(Brian) Williams.

Robert attended Barr-Reeve High School, graduating in 1978. He went on to work at Arvin’s Crushed Stone, where he dedicated many years of hard work until his retirement in 2020.

Outside of his professional life, Robert had a passion for slot car racing, watching IU Basketball games and playing guitar . He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, creating lasting memories and spreading joy wherever he went.

Robert will be dearly missed by all who knew him. His kind heart, gentle spirit, and infectious smile will never be forgotten.

May he rest in peace and may his memory live on in the hearts of those who loved him. A celebration of life will be at a later date.
