Biemeret Sr., Robert "Bob" F.Robert "Bob" Biemeret, Sr, 76, Athelstane, formerly of Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 11, 2016 at Aurora BayCare Medical Center. He was born on February 27, 1940 in Green Bay to Gertrude Clark and was raised by his grandparents John and Lillian Biemeret. Bob was a graduate of St. Matthews Grade School and later obtained his High School GED in 1982. He worked at several companies through the years but found his employment at Syble Hopp the most gratifying, as he loved working with the children. Bob was also an EMT volunteer with the Howard Rescue Squad for several years. He loved the outdoors and greatly enjoyed calling the "Northwoods" his home. Bob is survived by his children Brenda (Jim) Herison, Blairsville, GA; Sheri Biemeret, Green Bay; Bob Biemeret, Jr; Green Bay; John Biemeret, Wayside; 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 1sister and brother-in-law Ann (Clete) VanErem. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by his mother Gertrude Clark, his grandparents John and Lillian Biemeret.Gathering of family and friends will be held from 9:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Saint Matthew Catholic Church 130 St. Matthew Street. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Bob Kabat officiating. Burial in Athelstane Cemetery.
