GREENVILLE — Robert G. "Bob" Boyd, age 70, of Greenville, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016, at his residence. He was born on Oct. 13, 1946, in Winchester, Indiana, to John and Glenna Florence "Flossie" (Retz) Boyd.

He enjoyed fishing, playing cards, billiards and darts. He was a people person, never meeting a stranger.

He is survived by his daughters, Marjeanna (Shawn) Gilmer of Muncie, Indiana, Jody (Zendell) Rose of Monticello, Kentucky, Carla Wintrow of Ansonia, Ohio, Pauline Kuhns of Union City, Ohio, and Jamie King of Greenville, Ohio; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his twin sister, Roberta G. Williams of Greenville, Ohio; and three brothers, David Boyd of Winchester, Indiana, Eddie (Deb) Boyd of Florida and John R. Boyd.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John Boyd.
