Robert Kamara, 72, of Washington, D.C., passed on July 26, 2023. Robert was born on October 17, 1950 in Poolsville, MD to the last Ellen and James Kamara. He was reared in the Glenarden, MD and Washington, DC areas. Robert was educated in Prince Georges County Public Schools.

His hobbies were softball, fishing, music and dancing. From truck driver to carpenter Robert was a master trades, until he recently retired. Due to his health he relocated to Greenville, NC with his son Gabriel where he was then called home.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife Veronica and children Gabriel, Annette and Tranetha and grandchildren. Also a host of family and friends.
