Robert L. "Bob" SmithTIFFIN: Robert L. "Bob" Smith, 65, of Tiffin, passed away on Sunday morning, December 4, 2016 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center.He was born on September 6, 1951, in Fremont, Ohio, to Don and Jean (Stull) Smith. On November 3, 1973, he married Nancy Jean Lonsway.Survivors include his mother, Jean Smith of Fremont, wife, Nancy of Tiffin; two sons, Aaron (Nicole) Smith of Fostoria and Dale (Marlon Monger) Smith of San Francisco, CA; daughter, Sara (John) Mulvey of Massapequa, NY; sister, Nancy Smith of Santa Rosa, CA; and four grandchildren, Mia and Jacob Smith and Foster and Sawyer Mulvey.He was preceded in death by his father; infant son, Evan Smith and brother, William Smith.Bob graduated in 1969 from Lakota High School and from Owens Community College and was the owner and driver of R/N Transport LLC in Bettsville for nineteen years. He served in the Ohio National Guard for six years, was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church and was active in the choir at St. James Church in Kansas. Bob enjoyed being outdoors and spending time with his family.His Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Liberty Twp. with Rev. Timothy Kummerer officiating. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery in Burgoon.Friends may visit with the family from 2-7:00 P.M. on Friday, December 9, 2016 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S.
