Robert (Bob) Morgan passed away on October 20, 2012. He was born on August 12, 1947 to Jack and Ruth Morgan in Ritzville, WA. Like his father, he worked on many major construction projects throughout the northwest including the Alaska Pipeline. In 1990, along with his brother Earl, they started their own construction company in the Seattle area.He will be missed by his wife Mary and his children, Jason Morgan, Stachia McCrary, Jeff and Steve Slostad, brother, Tom Morgan and sisters, Doris Morgan and Becky Marchall. Bob has six grandchildren, Mikayla, Creed, Natalie, Ashlyn, Bryce, Stevie Lyn, nieces and nephews, and life-long friends, Arnie and Mardi Hess and devoted friend Dori Pike.Bob enjoyed life and his favorite pastimes of river rafting, fishing, backgammon, traveling, reading and spending time with his family and friends. Memorial donations can be made to Hospice c/o Brookside Funeral Home, 101 E. 2nd Avenue, Ellensburg, WA 98926.Graveside service will be held Friday, October 26, 3:00pm at IOOF Cemetery on Brick Road and reception to follow at The Starlight Lounge."I don't like to commit myself about heaven or hell – you see, I have friends in both places." -Mark Twain
