Robert O. LowFranklin Idaho - Robert O. Low passed away on Oct. 8, 2013 in Logan Utah. He was born on April 19, 1961 to Dick and Lona Low, he was the youngest of seven children. Robert worked at Cache Valley Dairy and Trails West. He enjoyed working in his yard and helping out his neighbors whenever he could. He is survived by his companion Mona Spackman, his mother Lona Low, his siblings Mary Jane (Hector) Castillo, David (Jolene), Paul (April), Debbie Curtis, Jimmy (Trudy), JoLynn (Sammy) Alvares. Also his step children Bryant, Tawna Ruiz and Candice Prevdell and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, a brother-in-law and a niece. We would like to give a special thanks to the nurse at Access Hospice and Franklin County Home Health Care and the staff of Cache Valley wound clinic. A Graveside services will be on Wednesday Oct. 16, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Smithfield City Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Cache Valley Mortuary.
