Robert "Bob" PayneClarksville, TNRobert "Bob" Payne, 75, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN.Bob was born on October 15, 1941, in Clarksville, TN to the late John Howard Payne and Lena Mae Hewell. He was also preceded in death by his brother, William "Billy" Payne.Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Michael Stacey officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
