Nelson Roberta M. Nelson, 103, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at Wesley Glen in Columbus. She was born on June 7, 1913 in Elk Rapids, Michigan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Kennard and her brother Perry and sisters Neva and Beda. Roberta is survived by her sons, Philip and Eric Nelson, both of Columbus; her cherished daughter-in-law, Linda Nelson of Columbus; grandchildren, Mathew Nelson of Columbus, Micah Nelson of Seattle, Washington, and Britta Lehn of St. Leon, Germany; great-grandchildren, Jessica Conkle, Samuel Nelson and Alyssa Nelson of Columbus, Lily, Logan and Emma Nelson of Seattle, and Lisa and Eric Lehn of Germany. Roberta lived most of her life in Columbus and enjoyed golf, gardening, bridge, the Scandinavian Club and travelling. Cremation arrangements entrusted to SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON.
