Vechart, Roger C. "Whitey"Roger C. "Whitey" Vechart, age 81 of Brillion, died on Monday May 1, 2017 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay. He was born on December 13, 1935 in Brillion, son of the late John and Anna (Krizenesky) Vechart. Roger graduated from Brillion High School and served in the U.S. Air Force from 1954 to 1958. After his military service, Roger attended business college for 2 years. In 1963, he married Bonnie Loewe. He worked at Rent-A-Truck in Brillion, that business later became Saunders Leasing. After a few years, Roger started R Way Systems and Mobile Equipment Sales, and was involved in the automobile business his entire life. He was a founding member of Brillion Community Church and a member of the Brillion Lions Club. He enjoyed winters in Panama Beach City Florida and the last 2 years in Orlando. Summers at the cottage on Pine Lake in Hiles were very special and peaceful to Roger also. Survivors include his wife Bonnie, his children, Jeff (Kim) Vechart of Orlando FL, Mike (Tracy) Vechart of Jackson WI, Steve Vechart and Tiffany (Jeremy) Piepenburg all of Brillion, 4 grandchildren, Keely and Abby Vechart, Morgan Vechart, Olivia Piepenburg, his special furry friend "Moggie" and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Helen and three brothers, Vern, John, and Donald. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Brillion Community Church. The Rev. Sam Timm will officiate. Burial will be in Brillion Community Church Cemetery.
