We sadly say goodbye to Roger Johnson, who passed away on March 19, 2023, at the age of 68. Born on January 30, 1955, Roger spent most of his life in Fondulac, Illinois, where he made countless friends and brought joy to those around him.

Roger graduated from Owen Withee High School and continued his education at the Hard Knocks University of Life. He worked hard throughout his career, notably at R.J. Construction and in Real Estate, where he made a name for himself as one of the most reliable professionals in the area.

Outside of work, Roger always made time for his family, and his wife Lian was his rock for more than sixty years. They had three wonderful children – Chandra, Belle, and Roger – and eight grandchildren who will remember him fondly from their cherished memories.

Roger had a larger-than-life personality that was both entertaining and endearing. His quick wit, infectious humor, and kind heart brightened the lives of everyone he met. His absence will be felt by all who knew him, but we will continue to celebrate his life and honor his memory.

Unfortunately, Roger's journey came to an unexpected end due to a fatal heart attack. He will always be remembered for his unwavering spirit, his generous nature, and his ability to leave a room laughing.
