Coppersmith, Roger L.Roger L. Coppersmith, 27, of De Pere, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 10, 2017. Roger was born on May 28, 1990 in Green Bay son of Roger Coppersmith and Brenda (Burdick) Coppersmith. He was a graduate of East De Pere High School class of 2008. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially hiking, biking, bonfires, and fireworks. He also loved Mountain Dew and gaming. Roger loved to goof around and spend time with his family and friends, playing games and Brambleing. He enjoyed music, including playing guitar, drums, and keyboard. He will be greatly missed by his parents: Brenda (Pete Allen) Coppersmith, and Roger Coppersmith. He also leaves his beloved siblings: Jessica (Andrew) Chavez, Elizabeth (Eric) Smogoleski, and Adam Coppersmith. Roger also leaves his grandmothers, Patricia Dudley, Carolyn (Ric) Hunsucker, along with a grandfather, Roger H. Coppersmith. Roger also leaves 3 nieces and 3 nephews, and other family. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 16th from 3 - 6 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home at 6 PM. Interment will be private at Woodlawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to a memorial fund established by the family, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
