III DUBLIN, OH - Roger W. “Rogie” Harness III, 32, of Dublin,OH passed away unexpectedly on September 8, 2016 in his residence. He was born on August 30, 1984 in Springfield, OH, a son of Roger W. and Angela (Scott) Harness Jr. He was a 2002 graduate of Case High School in Racine, WI, where he was a member of the choir and involved in the theater. Rogie was employed by Meijer. He enjoyed movies, musicals and Broadway shows, especially “Wicked” and “Les Misérables.” He was a very unique individual. Survivors include his mother, Angela Harness of Racine, WI; father, Roger Harness Jr. (Michelle) of Racine, WI; siblings, Justin Ferst, David Harness, Matthew Harness, Mackenzie Rhea, Zachary Rhea, Cameron Walston and Alexander Harness; aunts and uncles, Rick Harness and his son Ryan Harness, Lisa (Todd) Pratt and children Brandon Dooley, Tyler Pratt and Ashley Pratt, and Steve (Victoria) Harness and children Austin Harness, Tori Harness and Cara Harness; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Scott; grandmother, Nancy Rhea; and his tuxedo cat, Steadman Graham Winfrey Parsons. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Roger Harness Sr.; paternal grandmother, Joan Ramirez; and maternal grandfather, Albert Scott. The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 in the WALTER & STOWE FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, where a memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. with Pastor Tony Peña officiating.
