Senger, Rollin JohnRollin J Senger, 63, of Fond du Lac, died on Monday, August 14, 2017 at Clement J Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, after his yearlong battle with cancer. He was born on February 10, 1954 and grew up in Fond du Lac, where he attended Goodrich High School and also Rosendale High School. Rollin served in the US Army in 1971 to 1972. He attended Moraine Park Technical Institute's Accounting Program. He later took up photography which won him several awards. Rollin has been a recovering alcoholic and active member of AA for 24 years where he has sponsored several other members and was active in service work. Rollin is survived by two sons, Kyle and Rollin John Senger, II, of Boerne, TX; grandson, William and granddaughter, Peyton; other relatives and many friends.Preceded in death by his parents, Rollin F. and Laverne (Roden) Senger and a sister, Rolinda Starks.Visitation: Visitation for Rollin will be on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 from 4:30 to 6:45 PM at Zacherl Funeral Home, 875 E. Division Street in Fond du Lac.Service: A memorial service will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 23 following the visitation at 7:00 PM with military honors.
