KIMMELL — Ron Weaver, 66, of Kimmell passed away on Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016, at the Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. He was born on Sept. 20, 1949, in LaGrange County to Harry and Clara (Berkey) Weaver. On April 7, 1996, he married Kim Lowe who survives. He retired after 28 years as a metal fabricator from Double Eagle Industries in Shipshewana. He is survived by his wife, Kim Weaver of Kimmell; three daughters, Heather Valentine of Gainesville, Georgia, Faith Weaver of Gainesville, Georgia, and Jennifer (Alton) Lee of Jefferson, Georgia; three granddaughters, Dawson Lee, Annabeth Lee and Katie Lee; one grandson, Aiken Wilson; two sisters, Miriam (Steve) Thompson of Ithaca, New York, and Berda Miller of Elkhart; and his mother in law, Sharon Bowen of Kimmell. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2016, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Eastlund Funeral Home at Syracuse. Services will be Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with pastor Terry Miller officiating. Burial will follow at the North Webster Cemetery/Mock Addition.
