JEFFERSON Ronald A. "Pee Wee" Warner, 63, died Friday, July 18, 2014, at his home. He was the husband of Jacquelyn M. (Krebs) Warner, with whom he celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary with on June 8, 2014. Funeral services will be 8 p.m. Tuesday July 22, 2014, at St. Jacob's (Stone) Church, 3444 Sticks Road (Route 216), Glen Rock, with his pastor, the Rev. Paula L. Murray, officiating. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. A viewing will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the church. The Geiple Funeral Home, Inc., 53 Main St., Glen Rock, is in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Warner was born on September 26, 1950, in Hanover, and was a son of the late Ralph E. and Lillian (Spirodonnaff) Warner. He was a 1969 graduate of Hanover High School and worked for the P.H. Glatfelter Company, Spring Grove, for 41 years. He was a member of the Papermaker Union; the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge, Hanover; the Home Association of McSherrys-town; Hanover Home Association; Sons of AM Vets #22; Hanover
VFW Legion Post #14; and McSherrystown Moose Lodge. Ronald also bowled in leagues at the Hanover Bowing Center and loved anything having to do with sports. He was an avid Baltimore Orioles and Ravens fan. In addition to his wife, he leaves three sons, Joshua A. Warner of Spring Grove, Adam R. Warner of Dover, and Matthew J. Warner of Boonesboro, Md.; one grandson, Caleb E. Warner; two brothers, Ralph Warner, Jr. and Larry Warner, both of Hanover; and four sisters, Shirley Mummert, Matte Wherley, Linda Wagner, and Rebecca Myers, all of Hanover. He was predeceased by a brother, Jeffrey Warner. The family requests no flowers.
