We are gathered here today to celebrate the life of Ronald Makufu, who passed away on May 27, 2024 in Columbia, South Carolina. Ronald was born on April 17, 1980 to his loving parents Ronnie Makufu Jr and Angela Makufu. He was survived by his adoring spouse Giselle Rodriguez, whom he married in the year 5.

Ronald was a devoted father to his daughter Dasia Makufu and son-in-law Christian Wilson. He was also a proud grandfather to two grandchildren.

Ronald had a successful career as a Scientific Engineer, but his true passions lay in cooking, singing, and spending time with his loved ones. He especially enjoyed football and the holidays, as they brought his family together.

Unfortunately, Ronald lost his battle with prostate cancer, but he faced his illness with courage and grace.

Although we are mourning the loss of Ronald, let us remember the joy and laughter he brought into our lives. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
