Brother gone too soon

Ronald Reney Dixon was well-known as "ManMan". A nickname given to him by his father as a child. ManMan was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in a Christian home, to loving parents, Robert Lavell Dixon and Hattie Myrtle Dixon.

ManMan attended Benjamin Franklin Elementary school, Parkman Middle School and Madison and Washington High School. While attending Washington High, ManMan played on the high school's football team. He loved boxing in which his favorite boxer was Mike Tyson. He also had a love for Cadillac cars.

ManMan loved music. He loved to entertain family and friends as he mimicked his all-time favorite rapper LL Kool J song, “I’m Bad.” He had a love for children, not just his nieces and nephews, but for any child he met he adored as if his own.

ManMan was a big man, but with a bigger heart. He had the love, care, and concern for others that were without and or homeless. He loved to eat as he also enjoyed feeding and sharing with others.

ManMan also had an unforgettable smile. He loved to makes others laugh. I believe you can call ManMan your local comedian. His was loud and his laugh was even louder, with a big smile. When you needed someone to listen, you could count on ManMan. If you needed a friend, you best believe that ManMan would be there.

Ronald Reney Dixon departed this life on Sunday, November 11, 2018. He was proceeded in death by his mother Hattie Myrtle Dixon; and father Robert Lavell Dixon.

Ronald leaves to cherish his memory two brothers, Ray Dixon and Claude Dixon; four sister, Kathy Richardson, Alice Richardson, Lisa Dixon and Ginger Marie Lewis-Dixon; and a host of loving nieces and nephew and 3 great nieces and nephews cousins and friends.

You can to the family or in memory of Ronald Dixon.
