Ron passed away peacefully in his sleep at home in Colorado Springs on April 6, 2020 at the age of 73. Born November 5, 1949 in Nederland Texas. He married September 1969. Drafted just weeks after he was blessed to spend his service in Arizona. He completed his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Lamar University in Texas and his Masters Degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona. Survivors include his children, Roxanna Branch, Christine Ekdahl, Tony Sistrunk, Clinton Sistrunk and spouse Julie Sistrunk. Grand children Cooper Branch, Troy Ekdahl and Eleanora Sistrunk. Preceded in passing by his sister Rita Joyce Renkema and his parents Lennie LeVerne and Kirby Dee Sistrunk.
