She was born on November 5, 1932, at home in Newark, Ohio, to the late Carl and Vera (Rambo) Smith. Preceding her in death were her husband, Carl Robert "Bob" Kelley in 2001, her parents, and her sister, Darlene Spring.Rosalie is survived by her children, Carla (Richard) Swinehart, Melony (Dale) Myers, Randy (Diane) Kelley, and Aimee (Timothy) Slone; grandchildren, Nicole (Larry) Walker, Nathan (Toni) Swinehart, Chris (Lacey) Myers, Kevin (Jamie) Myers, Jeremy (Jaclyn) Kelley, Brandy Kelley, Killian Slone, and Ashanti Slone; 12 great grandchildren, and one great grandson; her brother, Jerry (Barb) Smith, and numerous nieces and nephews.Friends and family may visit from 11am-1pm on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Brucker Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N. 21st Street, Newark, OH 43055.
