Rose Ackermen, beloved daughter of Johnathan and Roseanne Ackermen, was born on August 18, 1953 in Shreveport, Louisiana. She peacefully passed away on April 1, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Rose is survived by her son, Frederick Henry ii, whom she adored. She was also a cherished grandmother to her three grandchildren Frederick,Liana and Emere Henry.

Rose attended Bishop Lynch High School and graduated in 1971. After completing her education, she began working at Tulip’s Flower Shop, a small business in Shreveport. She saved every penny for 5 years to buy Tulip’s, she renamed it Rosanne’s Flower Shop after her late mother. Rose dedicated over four decades to her passion later retiring in 2021. She was known for her passion for flower arrangements and her ability to make any bouquet look beautiful.

Rose will be remembered for her kind heart, warm spirit, and unwavering love for her family. Her legacy will live on through her son, grandchildren, and all those who were fortunate enough to know her.

On the early morning of April 1, 2024, Rose suffered a stroke, marking the end of her earthly journey. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
