It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rose Campbell, who left us on June 5, 2024, at the age of 61 in Lumberton, North Carolina.
Rose was born on June 13, 1962, to her loving parents Forest and Frances Inman. She is survived by her partner John "Head" Curtis, her five children Shannon Hill, Marchello Hill, Stepchildren Conrad Campbell Jr, Mandy Campbell, and Jalisa Hodges, as well as her four grandchildren Tre 'Shawn Hill, Elijah Hill, Karma Hill, and Zara Dennis also leaving behind brothers and sisters Wanda Hill, Lucille Inman, Francine Shipman, Billy Inman (Teresa), David Inman, John "Everette" Inman (Renee) and Quintino Inman.
Rose attended Harnett Central High School before continuing her studies at Robeson Technical Community College. She dedicated her career to Home Health, Early Childhood Development as a Pre-K Teacher and Musician (Singer) retired in 2024. Rose was a member of The Gospel Spiritualties of Fayetteville, NC, and Voices of Zion of Dunn, NC with her family.
Known for her infectious joy and love, Rose enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, cooking delicious meals, and singing her heart out. She will be remembered for keeping joy and love in everyone's hearts.
Rose's spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Rest in peace, Rose Campbell.
