This obituary is administered by:
Mayhugh, Rosemary Ann (Valentine)Rosemary Ann (Valentine) Mayhugh, 85, Green Bay, died Wednesday, January 4, 2017. She was born on September 14, 1931, in Green Bay to Roy and Estelle (Hanson) Valentine.Rosemary grew up in the Town of Preble and attended Oak Grove Elementary School. She graduated from Green Bay East High School, Class of 1949. Rosemary married Richard Martin Mayhugh on February 7, 1952. She worked at H.C. Prange Co. as an auditor in the Accounting Department until her marriage when she became a full-time homemaker and mother. She cherished her role as wife and mother and ran her household of eight like a well-oiled machine. She enjoyed decorating her home and made every room warm and inviting. Her delicious meals and desserts left nobody hungry! Her dishes were especially popular at church potlucks. She sang in the Grace Lutheran Church choir for many years and volunteered for Meals on Wheels through the Green Bay Seventh-day Adventist Church. She was a quiet person, deeply intuitive and observant, with a rare eye for beauty and order. But she also had a surprising, sharp eye for the comical and a very wry sense of humor.
