Roxanna Smith, 36, Altus, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2016 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Funeral services have been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 22, 2016 at the Kincannon Memorial Chapel with Lloyd Lopez officiating. Burial will follow in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home.
Roxanna Trevino was born on March 21, 1980 to Roberto and Rosa Orus (Gloria) Trevino in Slaton, Texas. She graduated from Altus High School with the Class of 1998. Roxanna and Gage Smith were united in marriage on March 26, 2011. She worked as shop manager for Passmore Trucking and Prime Trucking for many years. Roxanna attended the Healing Water Ministries and was an OU and Dallas Cowboys fan.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Jose S. and Dominga M. Gloria, and Manuel Trevino.
Roxanna leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband, Gage, of the home; parents, Roberto and Rosa Trevino; one daughter, Brianna Gonzales; brothers, Dio Gloria and wife, Ramona, and Jose Trevino; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Scott and Cindy Smith. She also leaves behind her two boys, Si and Camo.
