On July 1, 2024, the world said goodbye to a beloved member of the Palm Springs community. Roy Anderson, born on June 17, 1952, lived a fulfilling life full of love and laughter.

Roy was a dedicated employee at Golf Stream Goodwill, where he worked tirelessly to help those in need. He was known for his hard work and kind heart, always willing to lend a helping hand to those around him.

Outside of work, Roy had a passion for nature. He could often be found exploring the great outdoors, soaking in the beauty of the world around him. His love for nature was infectious, inspiring those around him to appreciate the world in a new light.

Roy leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will be cherished by all who knew him. He is survived by his daughter, Heidi Mayes, and his adoring grandchild. Though he may be gone, his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

Rest in peace, Roy. You will be deeply missed.
