Roya Huffman, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on July 15, 2024, in Charleston, South Carolina, at the age of 64.

Born on April 6, 1960, to Roy and Louise Huffman, Roya leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter. She was a dedicated mother to her six children: Roya Dunbar, Reanna Dunbar, Samuel Dunbar, Shelton Locklear, Roy Locklear, and Benny Locklear.

Roya attended Smith High School, where she graduated in 1978. She then went on to further her education at Winston Salem University, graduating in 1980.

Known for her love of her children, Roya's hobbies included spending time with her family and cherishing every moment with her loved ones. She will be remembered for her kind heart and infectious laughter.

Despite her battle with cancer, Roya faced each day with courage and strength, inspiring all who knew her.

Roya Huffman will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Rest in peace, Roya. You will forever be in our hearts.
