Ruby GarrowRuby Angeline Garrow, age 94, passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 11, 2017 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.Ruby was born on June 12, 1923 to Alfred and Esther (Bly) Tuff in Hills, Minnesota. She lived most of her life in Minnesota and South Dakota, except for a couple of years in Michigan.She was a charter member of St. John American Lutheran Church for over 50 years.Grateful for having shared her life are children, Glenn Haraldson, Gail Castle and Linda Roy. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and the people whose lives she touched over the years.Ruby is preceded in death by her parents, brother, husband, two sons and a great-grandson.Memorial Service will be held 2:00 pm Monday, July 17, 2017 at St. John American Lutheran Church, 1912 West 13th, Sioux Falls, SD. www.MillerFH.com
