Ruby Andrews Jones Cary Ruby Andrews Jones, 88, of Cary, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 30, 2016. Ruby was born on June 25, 1928, one of five children, to the late Callie and Beatrice Andrews. Ruby was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 20 years, Morris Jones, as well as her parents, and brothers, Billy and Terry Andrews. She is survived by her daughters, Joy Wirt and Jean Johnson; sons, Jimmy Betts and Ralph Betts, Jr.; two sisters, Dottie and Peggy; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at Apex Funeral Home. Burial service will follow at Brier Creek Memorial Gardens in Raleigh.
