Miller-Burton, Ruby,Mrs. Ruby E. Miller-Burton, age 87, of Okolona returned to her Heavenly Father on April 12, 2017.Mrs. Miller was born on December 9, 1929 in Albany, KY. She retired from VA Hospital after 22 years of service.Among those that proceed her in death include her husband, Louis D. Miller; her parents, James and Mollie (Bell) Brumley, Son-in-law Jackie Ward and seven siblings. She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Dale Miller (Shirley) and daughter, Teresa Ward; grandchildren, Chuck Ward, Eric Miller, Melissa Miller-Hare, Neal Miller; 8 great-grandchildren, Clayton, Macie, Lainey, Destin, Bri, Regan, Tatum and Bella.Funeral services will be conducted at 12 pm on Saturday, April 15, 2017 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Resthaven Cemetery.
