It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Russell Dillon, who was born on October 15, 1980, and passed away on June 14, 2024..
Russell is survived by Gwenith Watson (mother), Steve Watson(stepfather), Spencer David Dillon (Father ), Shauna Epps (sister), Michael Epps (brother-in-law) and 3 nephew's , Cory Nutt , Theodore and Nolan Epps ,Uncle Weems (Bo) Farrer, Vickie Farrer , cousins Stephanie & Chance Meadows. Kay Watson (granny Kay)
Russell is proceeded in death by A Weems Farrer, Marjorie Farrer, S Lamont Dillion & Rose Dillon.
He attended Lake Travis High School where he graduated in 1999.
Russell was a force, lively, energetic and kind. happiest when he was creating whether it be comical art or guitar riffs. He was jovial and he brought joy to those around him with his silliness and sweetness. He was loyal and his positivity was infectious. People were drawn to him because of his kindness and love. He made everyone feel safe loved and important
Russell had a variety of hobbies that brought him joy, such as cooking, carving pumpkins, listening to music, and making hot sauce. He had a passion for creating in the kitchen and was known for his delicious dishes and fiery hot sauces.
Although he did not have any children of his own, Russell was a loving brother, son, and friend to many. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Tragically, Russell's life was cut short by cancer. He fought bravely until the very end, showing incredible strength and courage throughout his battle.
Rest in peace, Russell. You will forever be remembered and cherished by those whose lives you touched.
