Russell YahnZANESVILLE: Russell Yahn, 85, of Zanesville, passed away at 8:12 p.m. Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House. He was born on March 4, 1930 in Fultonham, a son of the late Gail and Dorothy Yahn. He was a United States Army veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. He had been employed as a truck driver at Hennes Trucking for 34 years. He had also worked at McDonald's. He is survived by one daughter Carmen Yahn. One grandson Edwin Porter, Jr. One sister Betty Rucker. Several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Romayne Yahn; two brothers Donald Yahn and Roger Yahn; one sister Alice Clayton.No calling hours or funeral services will be held. A cremation will take place. WILLIAM THOMPSON & SON FUNERAL HOME in White Cottage is handling the arrangements.
