THOMASRuth A. (Flynn) Mimi Ruth A. (Flynn) Thomas (Mimi) was called home on December 1, 2016 after a long struggle with Alzheimer's. She went peacefully surrounded by family. She was born on September 12, 1924 to Ester and Arthur Flynn in Lima, Ohio. She was formally from Toledo, but resided in Sandusky at The Meadows in Huron, Ohio. She delivered film for Tru-Photo for many years. She was full of life, and loved to sing and smile until she couldn't remember how anymore.She was preceded in death by her brother, Kenny; her parents, Arthur and Ester (Andrews) Flynn; her brother, Forrest Flynn and sister, Ellen Mae Poca. She is survived by her brother, Roger (Donna) Flynn; son, Bill (Sharon) Olejniczak; daughter, Lea Ann (John) Ziarno, and grandchildren, Shelly Montano, Tandi Olejniczak, Guy Olejniczak, Bill Olejniczak, Jason Olejniczak, Jim Ziarno, Debbie Henry; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren. Ruth was known by many, and loved by all. No one was a stranger to her. Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Monday, December 5th from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at the Peinert Dunn Funeral Home, 6603 Providence St. Whitehouse, Ohio. Funeral services will follow at 12 noon. Burial will follow her service at Centerville Cemetery in Swanton, Ohio.She was loved and cared for by Stein Hospice.
