Ruth Ellen Guill of Watseka, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016 at Presence St. Mary's in Kankakee. She was born on April 3, 1928 at Hartsburg, Il, the daughter of Seide Conrady and Anna Rademaker. She and William were married May 30, 1948. He passed away on February 2, 2004. Surviving Mrs. Guill are two sons and daughter-in-law's, Dan and Mary Guill of Marietta, Ga., and Mark and Sue Guill of Watseka, Il. Also four grandchildren, Christopher and Lacy Guill, who they raised, Benjamin and Jenni Biskie of Streator, Julie and Captain David Ewing of Fairfax, VA, and Natalie and Warren Hirons of Marietta, GA; five great grandchildren, Tyler Biskie, Caleb and Devon Guill, and William and Asher Hirons; one sister, Lula Belle of Emden, IL; and several nieces and nephews. She is also preceded in death by both parents; husband, William; one son, Darwin; one sister, Analina; and two brothers, Earl and Robert. Ruth had worked as a secretary. She enjoyed being a homemaker, being with family, volunteering at church, camping, and playing bridge. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 16, 2016 from 11am until 12:00 pm (Noon), at Faith Lutheran Church. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 16, 2016 at 12:00pm (Noon), at Faith Lutheran Church. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Watseka, Il. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be given to Faith Lutheran Church or Donor's Choice.
