Reeves, Ruth Lorraine "Peggy"Ruth "Peggy" L. Reeves, 75, Oshkosh, passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2017, at Bethel Home, Oshkosh. She was born on September 9, 1941, in Neenah, the daughter of Everett and Ruth (Herrick) Palmbach. Peggy graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Peggy was united in marriage to Gerald "Jerry" G. Reeves on May 31, 1978, in Carson City, NV. She will be remembered most for her love of her daughters and grandchildren, her kind and generous spirit, and her love for her Heavenly Father. Peggy loved her church community and bible study group at Plymouth Congregational Church in Oshkosh. In her free time, she enjoyed listening to music, watching Bonanza and the Green Bay Packers.Peggy is survived by her husband of 38 years: Jerry; 2 daughters: Jeri Beth (Jeff) Rykal, Plover; and Lesa Derks, Oshkosh; 6 grandchildren: Harrison, Cecelia, Lilly, Hayden, Cora, and Liam; siblings: Glenn (Donna) Palmbach, Larsen; and Beth (Wayne) Nemecek, Neenah; and many other relatives and wonderful friends.Peggy was preceded in death by her parents and a great nephew, Christopher Kettner.Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM, on Saturday, April 8, 2017, at Plymouth Congregational Church, 1325 Georgia St., Oshkosh. Visitation will be at the church on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated in Ruth's name. Peggy's family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Jim Stadler for being a great spiritual leader and friend while taking on more than he had to, to Pastor Nancy Twichell at Bethel Home for showing love and kindness, and also a heartfelt thank you to Glenn and Donna Palmbach for their devotion.
