Ruth Sutton, 83, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed on January 09, 2023. Ruth was born on January 29, 1940.

Mrs. Sutton is survived by her husband of 53 years, Reo Sutton; one son Donald Sutton of Charlotte, NC; four daughters Janice Blackwell of Pageland, SC, Sandra (Virgil) Hudson, Ella (Darrell) Clark, Laura Sutton, all of Charlotte, NC; Three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Clayo (Larena) Sutton, and Robert (Lean Rea) Louallen, of Pageland, SC; three sisters, Jessie Sutton, Katherleen Lassister, and Annie Joe Heath. Two brothers, Roosevelt Sutton and James C. Sutton preceded him in death.
Funeral Service will take place Saturday, October 16, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Chappell Memorial Baptist Church, 110 Bradford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208. The family will receive guests one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Crown Memorial Park.
