"Betty" Tritt, 97 of Zanesville died at 7:55 PM Saturday, March 12, 2016 at the Oaks at Northpoint.She was born on April 21, 1918 in East Liverpool, Ohio the daughter of Thomas and Margaret Grafton Shaw.Betty was a member of Coburn United Methodist Church, a Homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother & great grandmother. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by a daughter, Mary L. (Terry) Harmon of Zanesville; a daughter-in-law, Dorothy Tritt of Newark; 4 grandchildren, Julie L. Harmon, Brian M. Harmon both of Zanesville, Amy (John) Bowyer, and Christopher (Heather) Tritt both of Newark; 12 great grandchildren, Brandon M. Harmon, Max D. Harmon, Ethan M. Harmon, Rion K. Harmon, Noah Bowyer, Quinn Bowyer, Gracie Bowyer, Olivia Bowyer, Aaron Tritt, Justin Tritt, Ellie Tritt and Evan Tritt. She was preceded in death in addition to her parents, by her husband, Earl K. Tritt on March 12, 1972; a son, William E. Tritt and a sister Irene Dawson.
