It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sa'diqq Henderson-Brewer, who was born on January 17, 2016, in Raleigh, North Carolina. Sa'diqq's bright spirit brought joy to all who knew him.

Sa'diqq loved to dance and watch Spiderman, his eyes lighting up with excitement every time he saw his favorite superhero swing into action. His laughter was infectious, and his energy could light up a room.

Despite his young age, Sa'diqq touched the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was a source of endless love and joy, always eager to spread kindness and laughter wherever he went.

Tragically, Sa'diqq's life was cut short due to gun violence on May 31, 2024. His bright smile and boundless energy will be deeply missed by his father, Deontavious Brewer, his mother, Tamia Battle-Brewer, and all who knew and loved him.

Although Sa'diqq did not have any children of his own, he will always be remembered as a beloved son, a cherished friend, and a shining light in the lives of all who were lucky enough to know him.

May his memory be a blessing and may his spirit continue to dance on in our hearts forever.
