It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sallie Frazier, who was born on November 3, 1943, in Pembroke, North Carolina, United States. She passed away on June 7, 2023, after a long and courageous battle with illness.

Sallie was the loving daughter of James Locklear Sr and Saddie Lula Locklear. On her 17th birthday, she married the love of her life, Neal Frazier, and they were blessed with six children: Allen Frazier (spouse Patsy Frazier), Edith Jones (spouse Billy Jones), Patrica Frazier, Michele Harrel (spouse Todd Harrel), George Frazier, and Lula Jane Skipper (spouse Alferd Skipper) and 6 grandchildren: Jeremiah Chavis (spouse Cheyenne Chavis), Erica Chavis, Bobby Frazier, Allen Frazier Jr, Ashley Locklear (spouse Michael Paul Locklear), Victoria Harrel; and 15 Great grandchildren.

Sallie was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved spending time with her family and was always there to offer guidance and support for each of her children and grandchildren. She was a cherished and respected member of the Riverside Church Of God organization, where she dedicated much of her time and energy to helping others and spreading the word of God.

In addition to her family and church work, Sallie was an accomplished professional. She worked hard to provide for her family and was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure their happiness and well-being. Her determination and hard work inspired those around her, and she will be remembered as a true role model and leader.

Sallie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her legacy will live on through her children and grandchildren, as well as the countless lives she touched through her work and dedication to her community and church. We take comfort in knowing that she is now reunited with her beloved husband, Neal, and her daughter Lula 'Jane' Skipper and they are watching over us from above.
