Sally Margery ArnoldJune 2, 1961May 26, 2017Sally Margery Arnold, our beloved sister and friend to many, passed away May 26, 2017. Sally was born on June 2, 1961 in Susanville, California, a direct descendant of California pioneer Isaac Roop, who founded Susanville in the 1850's. Sally is survived by her brothers Carl Arnold of Reno, Greg Arnold of Susanville, twin sister Susan Roop Arnold of Reno, and a multitude of loving family and friends. Sally graduated from Lassen High School in Susanville in 1979. After completing beauty school, she began her hair stylist career in Southern California. She later relocated to Reno, where she has enjoyed a fulfilling, thriving career for the past 30 years. Sally truly loved all her clients and co-workers at Rhapsody Salon. Sally had an artistic flair in everything she did. She loved decorating, gardening, cooking, traveling and had a special interest in Native American Culture. She was a member of Grace Church Reno. All of us who had the blessing to know this caring, generous, loving soul, with her bright pink lipstick…(yes, even when gardening) and her radiant smile will miss her dearly. Please join us for Sally's Memorial Service at Grace Church Reno, Monday June 19th at 11 o'clock. A light reception will follow immediately after the memorial service at the church.
