Salvatore J. MontorioSalvatore J. Montorio, 94, passed away on April 18, 2017 at Carillon Assisted Living in Huntersville, NC. He was born on July 17, 1922 in Paterson, NJ to the late Angelo and Giovanna Montorio. He was preceded in death by his wife Irene. He served in the Army Air Corps, WWII. Previously he resided in Manchester, NJ and Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ. He was an insurance salesman with Prudential Insurance Co. and Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ. Survivors include his daughter, Cathy Gray and husband John of Denver, NC; grandchildren Tim and Kevin (wife Lisa) and great-grandchildren Alexander and Gabriella. His mass will celebrated at St. Luke's Catholic Church in Ho-Ho-Kus on Saturday, May 20 at 10 AM. James Funeral Home of Huntersville is serving the family. http://www.jamesfuneralhomelkn.com/
