Our very special boy Samir Özdemir, 14, sadly passed away on July 18 2023 following a tragic suicide. Samir was born on October 10th, 2008. A son, a brother, a friend, our little Samir may be gone, but he will never be forgotten. He will leave a big gap in our community and will sorely be missed.

Samir led a remarkable life, leaving an indelible impression on those who had the privilege of knowing him. He possessed a kind and compassionate soul, always ready to lend a helping hand to friends and strangers alike. Samir's generosity and selflessness were truly extraordinary.

A lover of nature, Samir found solace in the outdoors and relished in the beauty of the world around him. Whether it was hiking through picturesque landscapes or simply enjoying the tranquility of a quiet park, he had a profound appreciation for the wonders of nature.

Samir's thirst for knowledge was insatiable. Throughout his life, he pursued intellectual pursuits, avidly reading and researching various subjects that fascinated him. His intellectual prowess was matched only by his humble nature, always willing to engage in thoughtful conversation and exchange ideas with others.

The funeral will be a private ceremony with only close family members present. Rest in Power.
