Samuel Patterson passed peacefully on July 25, 2018. He is survived by his six children, two of which are adopted; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters; one brother and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 31, 2018 from 10 a.m. until time of service 11 a.m. at New Samaritan Baptist Church, 1100 Florida Avenue NE. Interment: Glenwood Cemetery.
