Samuel Gene Fairley, age 58, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 10, 2018 in the comfort of his home. He was born November 3, 1958, In Pittsburgh to the deceased Dorothy Gene Pickins and living father Curtis Wilson-Fairley.
He was a 1976 graduate of South High school. He married his high school sweetheart, Raynell Fairley on July 26, 1992, In Pittsburgh he worked as a Chef for over 20 years, as of the recent 4 years he changed his career to become a truck driver. Sam truly lived his life to the fullest , through simple pleasures; chatting with friends; spending time with family ; traveling ; and spending time with his grandchildren. Sam had an uncanny ability of making friends he was a free spirit, always smiling and laughing and was truly liked by many. He had the gift of gab.
He is survived by his wife, Raynell Father, brothers Jay Fairley and Grant Fairley, sisters Tamika Heiter and Marian Kay Crumb,, daughter Seville Fairley and many nieces and nephews, along with grandchildren. Family and friends whose lives Sam touched are invited to the House Of Law Funeral Home. 9406 Frankstown Road Pittsburgh Pa, 15235 on Saturday September 15, 2018 from 4pm-7pm. to reminisce, grieve, support each other, and of course say goodbye.
