Born on August 6, 1974, to William and Tiffany Harper, Samuel was the life of the party with his infectious laughter and warm smile. He leaves behind his two children, Nevaeh Sams and Samuel Jr., who were the lights of his life.

Samuel was a graduate of Marion Franklin High School, class of 1993, where he was known for his musical talents and love for singing and playing instruments. He could always be found strumming away on his guitar or belting out a tune to brighten someone's day.

Whether he was cracking jokes, singing along to his favorite songs, or spending time with his family, Samuel was always spreading joy wherever he went. He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
